name(s) (this should be all names that people will search on) ex: if you still go by a maiden name, spouse's name
shipping address
phone number
email
due date
for products - cut and paste name of each product and then include size or color choice and quantity
for gift certificates - please indicate which denominations and how many of each at most that you would want
We will quickly get your registry up online for your friends and family to be able to purchase from it.
